The student retains their original ideas, data, code, designs, manuscripts, inventions, and other work. Dromos takes no equity, royalties, or license to use it.

Your work stays yours
Our role is to advise and challenge. The student remains the researcher, owns the work, and stands behind every decision. How we get there is set out in our philosophy.
Clear boundaries from the beginning
Serious mentorship should make a student more capable and more independent, not less. These commitments are part of every engagement.
Authorship
We do not claim authorship or publication rights. A student should be able to explain and defend every part of the work carrying their name.
Confidentiality
The obligation runs one way. We do not publish, submit, share, commercialize, or name student work without express written permission. We never ask a student to keep our involvement private: disclose it to your sponsor, your teachers, your fair, and on every form.
Research integrity
We advise, question, teach, review, and rehearse. We do not fabricate data, write a student's work for them, or misrepresent who did the research.
Nothing crosses back: equity, royalties, authorship. All of it stays with the student.
Other agreements still matter
A school, laboratory, sponsor, collaborator, publisher, or competition may create separate rights and obligations. Those agreements remain controlling, and we expect families to disclose and follow them.
